WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR VESSELS

NOT BELONGING TO GENEVA POINT CENTER

 

 

 

I, ___________________________________, hereby recognize that Geneva Point Center assumes no responsibility for my vessel (boat) or the safety of any people using the vessel I may dock, moor, or in some way leave at the Geneva Point Center waterfront during the period

I recognize that Geneva Point Center will not assume responsibility for accidents occurring while my vessel is in use, by myself or anyone else, or while I or anyone else is in transit to or from the vessel’s mooring.

 

As the boat will be moored within Geneva Point Center’s defined waterfront boundaries, I agree to abide by Geneva Point Center’s waterfront policies.  This includes swimming only when a lifeguard is on duty and only within defined swimming areas and to use the waterfront only during daylight hours.

 

I also understand that when operating a boat on the waters of the State of New Hampshire I am subject to pertinent state statutes.
