Winnipesaukee Camps Forms                

All participants including staff who are less than 18 years of age and attending an event without their parent or legal guardian need to provide Geneva Point Center with a completed health form 3 weeks before your event. Please note that this form DOES require a physician’s signature and proof of a health examination within the last 24 months.  If you require forms, you can download them from here.

Register before April 28th and your camper will be included in a drawing for a free week of Summer Camp at Geneva Point Center!
