About Geneva Point Center Housing

Geneva Point Center features a variety of rustic overnight options to choose from. Accommodations range from basic tent camping sites to summer camp bunk cabins and small family cottages or private lodge rooms by the lake. Most Geneva Point lodging is available spring, summer and fall seasons (May through October). However, Gibbes House is available all year.

Innkeeper’s Note…

Geneva Point is an historic (founded in 1919) nonprofit camp and conference center with rustic accommodations set in a spectacular natural setting. We work hard to consistently provide overnight accommodations that are functional, safe, clean, pleasant, affordable and appropriate for the events we host and everyone we serve. However, our accommodations are not fancy. Nor do we intend to be fancy. Most of the accommodations here are more like camping in the woods than staying at one of the many outstanding luxury resorts, hotels or rental properties in New Hampshire’s lakes region. While not fancy, all GPC accommodations do come with exceptional views of Lake Winnipesaukee and the Ossipee Mountains, secluded beaches, wooded trails, campfire circles, and so much more. GPC has the best little ice cream shop around where you can also treat yourself to fine coffee and browse our gift shop. All that and other tangible and intangible qualities that all add up to what many of our guests simply call, “Geneva Point Magic.”

Lake View Lodge

Each of the Lodge's ten rooms offers a spectacular view of the lake and the Ossipee Mountains from a shared front porch. The rooms have heat, carpeting, a bathroom with a shower, a private entrance from the porch and two double beds. Rollaway beds may be added in the rooms. The Lodge also has a common room with lake views, a kitchen, and a wood stove.

Four rooms have a double bed and a full-size sleep sofa and three rooms have two twin beds with a sleep sofa. One room is a barrier-free with two twin beds and a fully accessible bathroom. Gibbes House is ideal for events like church group retreats, board meetings, club gatherings and family reunions.
